This is why You Need an Expressed Trust, and What Happens If You Don't!

Overview:
If you don't establish your own Expressed Trust, they will appoint one for you, and guess what? It won't serve your interests.

Expressed Trust = Your Rules. Your Terms. Your Jurisdiction.
• If you create and declare your Expressed Trust in advance, any statutory or foreign legal system:
• cannot impose a constructive or resulting trust over you
• cannot assume control over your assets, estate, or rights
• must recognise the lawful trust you have put on record
• must abide by the roles, duties, and declarations you've set

But if you fail to declare it, you're considered in dishonour by silence, and a presumed trustee will be appointed by the system... one that operates under their jurisdiction, not yours.

The System is Already Operating on Presumed Trusts
• Your legal fiction (ALL CAPS NAME)? Held in a constructive trust.
• Your assets? Presumed part of a public estate.
• Your signature? Acts as performance, not rebuttal, unless done under trust.
• Your estate? Controlled by a foreign administrator unless you step in as Executor and Beneficiary.

Take Authority - Declare Your Expressed Trust

By creating a Lawfully Expressed Private Trust, you:
• Define who's the Grantor, who's the Trustee, and who's the Beneficiary
• Place yourself in the correct fiduciary roles
• Lock jurisdiction into the Law of Equity / Natural Law
• Remove presumed joinder with State-imposed trusts
• Gain the remedy and protections of a superior lawful structure

"He who fails to claim, consents to be claimed."

Bottom Line:
If you don't express your trust...
They will imply one for you;

Control or be controlled:
Declare your trust. Operate in the private. Live by Law, not legal trickery.

Private Members Association (PMA) Background:

Overview:
Before we delve into the world of the Private; please keep in mind that these structures are not for everyone; nor are they a “cookie cutter”, one size fits all solution that someone found on the internet, unlike virtually everything else being provided “out there”, by others trying to copy & or emulate what we at © Thriving Abundance® provide; as we put together a comprehensive & personally tailored solution, specifically for you, & your unique desired outcomes & requirements; for the protection of what you’d like to protect from governmental overreach; & or that of family, or others wanting to take what is yours, & yours alone;

Structures Successfully Tested:
We believe that we are the only Private provider of Private Structures, which includes a Private Members Association (PMA) & or Private Expressed Trusts, that have had their structures successfully tested in court, which means that our structures have successfully stood the test of time; & are not merely an untested thought or ideology; which we refer to as hearsay;

Our Education & Commercial Background:
Add to the fact that we have also had successful formal University education in Contract Law, & Trust Law, & then successfully worked in this field of endeavour for well over 25 years, in the Public, & the Private sectors; putting these practices into action on a daily basis as a commercial reality;

Our Unique Law Library:
We also have a very extensive Law library of over 400 books, which also includes books that are up to three hundred & fifty years old: We have over 38 different dictionaries; multiple Bibles; besides the countless Treaties; Historical Records; Law Records; House of Lords Cases; Chancery Court Cases; High Court of Australia Cases; & the like: Yes, we use all resources available to us, & this is demonstrated in our impeccable documentation; that is then compiled for you & for your desired outcomes;

PMAs Unique Legal Structure:
Private Members Association’s & their unique legal entity structure operate under international contract (mercantile) law; therefore, providing a framework outside of local, state & federal government legislation:

This means PMAs are not subject to the same regulations as publicly (registered) organisations or businesses, as they are formed by individuals who come together under a private contract; therefore, allowing individuals to establish their own rules & govern their activities privately – this being Private Contract law:

How many PMAs are there in Australia?
There are literally tens of thousands of PMAs here in Australia, & millions around the world:

What sort of functions can a PMA perform?
PMAs can serve a wide range of functions from trades; to medical & health practices to community groups, & festival organisers, through to organisations providing goods & services; as long as their activities are conducted within the private sphere & do not harm the public:

Protection Benefits:
Private Members Associations also provide protection for their members & businesses from government mandates, such as mask wearing, or vaccinations, & in the case of military service, a family PMA can even include bylaws that reject compulsory service, therefore further protecting its members;

What legal jurisdiction are they created under?
Created under International Law, PMAs carry an established history globally that places them separate to the state & outside of the public realm, as they are private;
